However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

To process your return please send us an email to [email protected] with your order number.

We ask you postmark within 30 days of the purchase and that your item is in a new and unused condition.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email us at our customer services [email protected] to receive your return number. Then place the item securely in its original packaging and ensure that the original light bulb is still in the Lamp, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

YOUR WARRANTY

Warranty Disclaimer

 

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of relux ltd. This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from relux ltd (the “Physical Goods”). 

 

What does this limited warranty cover?

 

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, relux ltd will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

 

What will we do to correct problems?

 

Relux ltd will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or exchange the Product with a new one.  

 

How long does the coverage last? 

 

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from relux ltd is 1 year from the date of purchase.

 

 A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 1 year from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer. 

 

What does this limited warranty not cover? 

 

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: 

 

  • Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship

  • Modifications made and improper use of the product.

TAKEBACK SERVICE

What is it?

 Re-cycling a product can sometimes not be as straightforward as we’d like. Sometimes, even using official recycle methods we know that a lot can end up back in the waste stream. That’s why we offer a Take back service. Completely free to use, if you no longer wish to keep your product, or give it to someone, or sell it. We can take it back, refurbish and re-use it. We’ll even give you a 30% discount to use on any other relux products now or in the future.
